HEAR THE ANGELS SING – After my 22 year old niece committed suicide, I was devastated, but had to stay emotionally strong for myself, as my life had to continue in as normal a fashion as possible, with my heart breaking. BUTTERFLIES FLY FREE – Thinking about the metamorphosis of the caterpillar as it transforms itself into a beautiful butterfly and then spreads its wings so it can fly high up into the sky, I reminded myself how easy it would be for me to transform my thoughts, if only I allowed myself the opportunity, and then I could fly as high as I was able to possibly imagine, spreading my wings as far as they could reach. NATURE IS A NATURAL PLACE FOR HEALING OUR SPIRIT AND SOUL – When I feel the misalignment between my physical body and the connection I have to my spiritual center, I feel my energy shift and know that I am the only one who can change this. If I am able to, I go out into nature, to breath in the fresh air, go for a walk or drive to my favorite beach to watch the ocean and its beautiful waves. If I have to stay in, I begin looking at nature photos and/or videos on the computer. Immediately, I notice the energy shifting in my whole body with me feeling lighter and I’m totally aware of how calm my spirit is. BUTTERFLIES FLY FREE – Thinking about the metamorphosis of the caterpillar as it transforms itself into a beautiful butterfly and then spreads its wings so it can fly high up into the sky, I reminded myself how easy it would be for me to transform my thoughts, if only I allowed myself the opportunity, and then I could fly as high as I was able to possibly imagine, spreading my wings as far as they could reach. NATURE IS A NATURAL PLACE FOR HEALING OUR SPIRIT AND SOUL – When I feel the misalignment between my physical body and the connection I have to my spiritual center, I feel my energy shift and know that I am the only one who can change this. If I am able to, I go out into nature, to breath in the fresh air, go for a walk or drive to my favorite beach to watch the ocean and its beautiful waves. If I have to stay in, I begin looking at nature photos and/or videos on the computer. Immediately, I notice the energy shifting in my whole body with me feeling lighter and I’m totally aware of how calm my spirit is.
